Auratella respects your privacy. If you buy a personal interpretation, follow-up pack, or couple invite, we collect the email address supplied at checkout, the associated reading and order identifiers, the submitted reading input or questions and generated answers, delivery status, and the minimum technical records needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

How We Use This Information

We use it to verify payment, provide the purchased personal interpretation or legacy follow-up answers, send answers and a private recovery link where applicable, prevent duplicate use, investigate technical failures, process refunds, and meet legal obligations. Avoid including unnecessary identifying or sensitive details in a reading question.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology for analytics and advertising. The private recovery credential arrives in the URL fragment, is moved immediately into tab-scoped session storage, and is removed from the address before later analytics page locations. It is not sent in ordinary page requests or referrer headers. Disabling browser storage or cookies may limit some features.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics and advertising providers may process usage and device data. Dodo Payments processes payment, billing, tax, receipt, and fraud-prevention data as Merchant of Record. Auratella does not store card details. Supabase stores private order, entitlement, reading, and follow-up records. Resend may process the email address and message content to deliver transactional email.

Retention and Your Rights

Paid personal interpretations and readings saved for legacy follow-up access are normally retained for 30 days. Payment and tax records may be kept longer where legally required. You may request access to or deletion of data controlled by Auratella, subject to legal retention and fraud-prevention requirements.
